Lady Ren's Vodka Fusion

Take recycled bottle with cork top and clean it really well
Fill it with stuff- in this case pears and rosemary

Fill it with Vodka

Let sit for three to six months in a cool place-
Then:
Call it your own!
Lady Ren's Vodka Fusion
This makes great holiday/hostess gifts!
Don't worry about the amount of time you have to make it-
You can make it, give it and say-
"For best results let sit for three months!"

My girlfriend put together some of the concoctions a few months ago (saw them on her counter) I'm hoping they are our Christmas presents!

Oooh, I love the pear and rosemary combo. What an amazing gift idea (Nothing to do with vodka, but I also love your bright tablecloth:)). Btw, I love a cuppa tea or two too (what did civilization ever do before tea?!)

Awesome idea! We were given a set of spices that came in test tubes so when we were done with most of the spice/herb inside, we added a little vodka to it and let it sit for a few months. We had cinnamon, garlic (ew, but our Polish friend enjoyed it), rosemary, etc. It was fun!

Nice one - and what a lovely combination. have you tried using sweets (candy)? - toffee or skittles make lovely flavoured vodka. Just bash them up into pieces in a zip lock bag - add to a mason jar, pour on the vodka and wait...

wow! This looks like such a great mix! I had a rosemary martini at the L.A. Food festival this year and it was heavenly, so this is right up my alley! xo

I've been reading a lot about this idea (Frank Bruni did a feature and video in the NYT). But you've inspired me to give it a try. But I'm going to have to find something that infuses faster -- don't have the patience to wait 6 months! xo bb

i am forwarding to my friend. What do you serve yours with? Do you mix it with soda or anything? Like this one with pears and rosemary, what does it taste best with? What else have you mixed it with for great results? I am dying to know more! email me if you can with answers! You are truly a Renaissance woman and I love it!
