Lettuce Wraps

Did anyone else freeze white turkey meat? Gross right- all dry and stuff- I took a hunk out, chopped it up, added the above ingredients (Hoisin, Soy Sauce and Sriracha Sauce) and made a delicious appetizer.

Butter lettuce works the best- and really you can use any meat you have.
Sauté a pepper with sesame oil. Wrap it up and call it fancy.

MmmMmmm...I love butter lettuce (how I'm missing my CSA farm share :)) and lettuce wraps of any kind! This is brilliant, I never know how to rejuvenate that tired old white turkey meat after T-day :)

You've given me an idea. I use to love lettuce wraps before I was a vegetarian, why on earth don't I make a little bundle of veggie ones? Your red pepper made me think of it - thanks!

My mom made something very similar to this except she used beef instead of turkey. So yummy!

Love these! I've always been a big fan of lettuce wraps! Fantastic! I hear you about waiting for the marshmallows but the trick is to also make something else to satisfy your want for instant gratification! haha
It's definitely worth it

This reminds me of a Vietnamese recipe with spicy ground beef in lettuce cups (the name escapes me at the moment but is delicious as I'm sure these are).
