First we cut a circle out of recycled cardboard.
Then using two different fabrics we placed one on top of the other and tied them together to create a 'bow'.
We repeated that step 30 times!
Finally we glued our thirty bows around the perimeter of the the circle being careful to rotate them slightly.
Finally we tied a blue ribbon and glued it on.
I hole punched the cardboard and added another ribbon to make it easier to hang.
I imagine I will have these for years to come- My mom still has the macaroni wreath I made in kindergarten and she puts it up every year.

Very cool & darling photos of your boys!
There is no celebration/event that can't be made prettier with a wreath!

Fun! I love that your mom still has the one you made and puts it up. That is just so endearing.
These wreaths are lovely. The colors remind me of sky and snow.
Your boys did a great job.
Happy Holidays to you and your family.
LOVE these wreaths and the fact that they are so specially unique and personal.
Can you do a blog post about the significance of white and blue in Judaic culture?
Wishing you and your family a Happy Hannukah!
We made a fabric wreath yesterday! It was fun!
I hink the blue and white are such wonderful colours and this is a project that is so adaptable to many different things. Happy Hannukah!
So cute!
Merry Christmas!

The boys are soooo cute making their wreaths! & I think that the blue one is much cuter than a red & green one would be! I have to bookmark this to make for next year! Time's up this year but it is too cute to let pass by!
I might be commenting twice but I couldn't tell if that last one went through! I just adore the wreaths! The boys are even cuter!!!
Thanks for your kind words today! I am blessed by you!
