A Lady's Got To Eat

Whole wheat pancakes, with chocolate chips, vanilla yogurt and strawberries dusted with cane sugar from the day before.
Nutella!
Cucumber, arugula, tomato and Blue Stilton cheese- with a dash of olive oil and a dash of rice vinegar.
Baguette with triple cream brie, scallops lightly pan fried after marinating over night in a shot of tequila and some lemon zest, avocado, cucumber and greens with lots of pepper and dash of rice vinegar.
A doc from Dr. J's office went on a fishing trip to Alaska-
So wild caught Alaskan salmon using the ingredients below-
I really made this up last minute but my intention was to have the apricots prevent the fish from drying out on the top-
It was good but I am sure it had more to do with the fish used- then my stellar 'made up' recipe.
What have you been eating this week?

Except for the seafood (don't eat) we seem to like the same foods. I used to make my daughter choc' chip pancakes when she was little. I don't like syrup so I like to put lots of things in them (nuts etc.).
I've been eating paninis with havarti dill cheese and figs.
I'm out of Nutella.

You had me at Nutella. Everything looks amazing!

I'm somewhat hesitant to list what I've eaten this week when compared to your list...although I did have some very nice steak last nice with blue stilton butter which was quite lovely ;)

Um yum! To all of it! This week has been lots of seafood - mussels on Monday and Salmon yesterday - tonight I'm trying a pork loin roast on the bbq! Plus lots of salads right now.

Nutella has always looked unappetizing to me, but I am reading all of the excited comments about it, perhaps I should rethink. the rest of that looks yummy. i haven't been eating anything that yummy this week, but I did have some great sushi last night.

One thing's for sure....I've not been eating any pancakes, but I think it's high time I got started.

Salads this week! One night we went nuts over at Wing Nuts and burned our mouths off. So good! Hey, it was Teen Mom night on MTV so I had to get prepared.

xoxo,
Carrie

I have some sockeye salmon fillets marinating in olive oil, grated ginger and garlic, lime juice and a little chili sauce. That and homemade, black bean, burritos with corn on the cob.... dinner and lunches tomorrow. I love barbecue!

i swear, we were just discussing if we wanted chocolate chip pancakes or french fries for a late night carbtastic dinner. the latter won out, but your photo makes me wish it hadn't!
