I've been under a rock! I've not heard of Popples....they're so painfully cute! Also, I loved your doughnut comment. I of course went off to check out sofganiot - MmmmmMmmm, now I'm wondering if I could bribe the future in-laws (my sister's, to be exact, not mine :)) into dropping some off :)
Did they have a pocket on the back that they tucked themselves in (it folded over their feet?) Oh my gosh, my brain hurts from trying to remember these! Sarah
Popples are one of those weird things that I always wanted and never had! I guess I was just a tad too old for a popple when they came around, and my brother wasn't into them. (But can one really ever be too old for a popple?) I love that you still have yours!
oh my goodness i had a cute blue one with a yellow tummy! i have no idea what happened to it...and i think of him often :(. does anyone know if they're still sold anywhere?

I loved popples! I used to have one but after moving around so much I ditched almost all of my childhood toys! Terrible move.
I used to love popples, pound puppies and glow-worms. Now it's all tamagatchi and pikachu and pokemon garbage. Poor kids of the modern age.
Can't say I've ever seen or heard of this before. I think I'm too old and my daughter is too young - we missed them. Kind of remind me of CareBears.
i have no recollection of popples, but if you ever want to talk about muppet babies i'm TOTALLY down.

I loved my Popple so much! And my best friend brought me a Popples DVD for my 21st birthday three (!?) years ago!
