Peanut Butter Drops

Quick and filling snack that is easy to make and easy to grab to take along on your summer adventures.

Ingredients
1 cup of sugar
1 cup white Karo Syrup
4 1/2 cups cereal
1 1/2 cups peanut butter (I prefer crunchy)

Heat sugar and syrup until it is almost like water then take off heat and quickly mix with peanut butter.
Mix thoroughly- then add cereal.  Mix thoroughly.
Drop from teaspoon onto wax paper.

OK-So today I got up determined to start paying attention to what I am eating. (Trying for less!) These look...never mind, I was born with a sweet tooth.

I think peanut butter should be its own separate and highly valued food category. I think I might be in love here.

This sounds super easy, I love this. However, I'm very into all things healthy, so the sugar here is a bit off putting for me. I do love peanut butter though! For a snack, I would suggest dipping apple slices into it - tastes good, filling, healthy :)

Yum! We have a recipe VERY similar to this one. Instead of the cereal we use hard chinese fried noodles. sometimes we throw in some peanuts.

I have a similar recipe that I love with oats, coconut, peanut butter and cocoa powder. So good!

well at the farmer's market, there is this stand with whole wheat tortillas that are absolutly SCRUMPCIOUS, i could literaly live off them ;D
Anyways, I make a wrap with them with lots of lettuce leaves, tomato and swiss cheese, its very easy and quite delicious.
